I would like to make some comment on quality of service we have received since moving our pest control contract 12 months ago.
The main reason for moving from our then pest control contractor was their inability to fix any routine issues as they arose.
Our reason for selecting Pest Solutions was based on the costing and quality of work and personnel who carried out some adhoc jobs for us over the previous year. I am delighted to feedback that we are more than satisfied with all elements of this contract as well as the proofing that was carried out in our full goods warehouse. This has totally eliminated the pigeon problem that had taken hold in the warehouse and to be honest I did not think could be eliminated.
Costing- Most inexpensive quotation we received, whilst offering us the same specification as both our existing contractor and other company quotations. I have also been able to assess over the last 12 months that there have been no other hidden costs to us.
Service - All elements of the contract have been fulfilled throughout the last 12 months, not just fully but to the correct timing. Also the excellent response to call outs, which there was several throughout the year. The presentation of both service and field biologist inspections and surveys, is exceptional and to a higher standard than our previous contractor and also various other contractors we utilize in other areas of our site.
Personnel - The personnel that have visited our site have fully followed our site rules and are always well presented and professional. They have liaised with either myself or my quality manager, but are respective of our positions realizing that sometimes we have other priorities.

From first contact, the work was scheduled, organised and delivered quickly, efficiently and effectively by a very friendly and knowledgeable team. Your technician was on site promptly, explained the issues involved and put the solution in place in a matter of minutes. Since then, he has been in regular contact to monitor the problem and keep me informed of progress.
The unwanted visitors have now departed and I am 100% satisfied with the service I have recieved and am particularly impressed with the value for money you have provided. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to any business or households that require your services.
